However, passengers said the woman became increasingly emotional and allegedly claimed that China Airlines was forcing her off the plane. Some passengers on board reportedly spoke up in support of the crew, saying the staff had been trying to handle the situation calmly. The incident resulted in a lengthy delay. They were not given timely information about the cancellation and, even by 6 PM, many were still waiting at the airport without clear communication or adequate assistance from the airline. One of the lady passengers have expressed her anger over the delay in informing them and alleged a lack of cooperation from IndiGo staff. Travellers say: "Our flight was scheduled for 2:35 PM.
