Many of these factories in China has contracts with USA brands that don’t allow them to make knockoff and dumping. These are just knockoff and have no connection to the factories that make the brands.

So about 20 years ago these major designers like Versace Gucci. They all got together and realized that Black people would pay a lot for designer clothes so they went crazy and made all these designer clothes ! And it paid off!
