In the course of interactions, young people of China and the United States have reached out to one another, deepened mutual understanding, built profound friendship and turned a new page in the friendly exchanges between the two peoples. Just as President Xi Jinping pointed out, young people are full of vitality and dreams. They represent the future and hope of China-U.S. relations, and also of the world. It was a pleasure spending part of Sunday afternoon with young content creators, photographers and videographers in Nairobi's CBD. I learnt more about their work and aspirations as well as their concerns about the high cost of living. As more young people turn to technology and digital platforms to create opportunities for themselves, we must support their efforts. I assured them that my administration will explore tax incentives and rebates to support content creators and other digital entrepreneurs.
