China just changed fitness forever... ‼️‼️

Cool for home gyms, but in commercial gyms this would get disgusting fast. There’s no way public users keep these sanitary.

Next thing you know, they’ll be inventing underwater swimming

Many people make fun of it, but exercising in the water gives immediate results: a size smaller in a month.

These treadmills have existed for years. Hard knocks with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2009 showed AJ Green extensively using them to rehab his legs and George St. Pierre talked about using them when he messed up his knee.

This would be a weak workout vs regular treadmill runs. Good for rehab, but already exists, so this video is a nothing burger.

Isnt this how they rehab super fat cats?

Don’t need to step out for bathroom breaks either 🤣🙏🏽

Not really my dog did this underwater treadmill therapy for a broken leg 16 years ago

My dog had to do this to recover from a spinal injury. The hydrotherapist said that 20mins in the tank was equal to a 2 hour walk, with none of the joint/spinal impact that would have. Makes sense it would be good for humans too....only not in public gyms...🤢

China should just go and create there own planet cus wtf 😳

This is not ground breaking, top horse trainers have running machines installed in empty pools specially designed to be filled with water for horses to do the exact same thing. Michael Johnson used Hydroworx which uses the same concept

How do you drain and sanitize it after each use?👀 Also, who wants wrinkly fingers like you are in dish water for 20 minutes?

Sorry, no. It was invented by Dr. Paul Hetrick (American) in 1987 who based it on water treadmills for horses which he tweaked for injured humans.

Everything China does is geared towards spread of infection from one person to another

huh? you nvr heard of aqua gym before? where is your common sense?

US has these for dog therapy after an injury. My dog used one a couple times a week until rehab was complete

China really said “what if cardio didn’t destroy your knees?” 😆

Until it shorts and you’re electrocuted from ANY technical glitch.

I’m sure this ain’t anything new. Just to be brutal, @grok how old is this tech, who created it and how many countries use this to date

Speed is sacrificed for strength. Aquaerobics could work better to develop turnover. It is like a cycling spin class for legs but what drives one forward is arm strides

If the US gov't wasn't so busy stealing from us, we could have cool stuff like this.

Earliest ones to make this tech in India will earn goood

If I use that, I am peeing while I jog, fact.

Interesting

Especially for elderly people. 👌 good tech

We have one of these at my gym. Its a pain in the ass, we never use it because we are supposed to wipe it down between each use, which is time consuming

love it!

Go swim

these have been around for more than two decades in rehabilitation clinics. They are wonderful!

Hmmm what's the probability I won't be electrocuted?

I'm too black for this ish. We were raised to understand that water and electricity don't mix

I need this!

They have these for horses so ..it’s not really new

@grok where can I buy this?

This ain't gonna be a thing in the U.S. An elliptical does the same thing but you dont need to get wet
