Not sure what to make of this, but there appears to have been a fire in the area where SpaceX has been testing propellant gasification systems. These are suspected to be part of the orbital propellant transfer R&D program Tough to say from this angle, but this seems like it might be coming from one of the exhaust vents, instead of one of the three test stands.
