Statistics from 2019: China 1 camera for 4,6 people. USA 1 camera for 4,1 people. So the US has more cameras than China per capita!

But my question now is, is the criminality really decreased that much by that high numbers of surveillance cams? Or did the quantity decrease but the quality raised of criminal activities? Know what i mean?
