Raw footage of China's Liaoning carrier battlegroup conducting operations in the Western Pacific. Some important observations: 🔹Japan tried to follow the carrier battlegroup, but was comprehensively outmaneuvered, japanese systems jammed and lost track of the carrier battlegroup for over 20 days. 🔹The wheel chocks (Red flaps that stops the wheel of the aircraft before taking off) was widened, resulting in a narrower gap, allowing the J-35 to be operated from the 2 STOBAR carriers. 🔹Type-054B frigate took its first far seas operation. 🔹Air force-Navy interoperability, PLA air force YY-20 air refueling tanker, was seen operating within the navy system, extending the range of the J-15T. 🔹J-15T (the catapult launched version) makes their debut on the Liaoning officially. J-15T is basically a completely new aircraft, with new radars, materials and internal structure/systems.
