China’s Zhuque-3 rocket just aced its first test flight, signaling that China is rapidly closing the gap with SpaceX. Meanwhile, Elon Musk is juggling SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, and more. It’s shaping up to be China versus an overstretched Musk in the race for space dominance. 🚀

There's a way to go. Despite China's many achievements, SpaceX remains the leader in Space travel. I genuinely hope China can cause enough competitive spirit to get accelerate US endeavors too.

China only wants to catch up to SpaceX, they don't want to lead, because that would involve original ideas, creativity, innovation.

Weird how the rest of the world is trailing China in 90% of critical tech research... How is it they are stealing technology no one in the world has but them?..

#China can copy perfectly. That's the same old story with communism. No original ideas. Just following the lead of the free world.

SpaceX has done amazing things. Kudos where kudos is deserved, imo. Good on China for not stopping - SpaceX is useless to China, so it has to.

At this rate by time they catch up to Falcon 9, Starship will have already made both rockets obsolete. I do think China will land men on the Moon before NASA do (again) though.

It’s way less “spectacular” than SpaceX tests that ends with a bang.
