STEVEN D KELLEY posted a video in his Telegram group. He describes the thickness of the Getty Bunker which extends from the bottom to the top of this outside staircase. The construction of the Getty Center was one of the largest concrete pours ever. The height of the staircase is effectively the roof of the Bunker. This video was taken over a decade ago. Steven D Kelley is a Laser Electro Optics Engineer, Laser pioneer and inventor who created Laser Aiming Weapon Systems for military use. He was contracted through the NSA, CIA and other government agencies to provide high precision laser technology through his company S.K. Industries.
