Mongol dish from time of Genghis Khan. It's the ancient MRE. To keep the army mobile they'd heat up rocks, chuck em in the skin/bag+meat then just mount up & travel -opening it and eating the next time they stop. nowadays u can use a pot & the bag is just for presentation
