This is very common in industry. They are just outsourcing or doing 2nd KA and inbetween. Not major contribution. Even Toei piece has some amazing chinese animator like Tu Yong Ce, Zhiguang Liu and more.
I'd prefer to have season 2 of Blade of the guardians rather than the next remake of whatever.
