The media said they were a nonpartisan check on power. They weren't. The US govt. is the largest source of funding for "independent media" worldwide. Many sought partisan regime change. They got away with it by hiding the money & threatening to sue journalists who exposed them.

(they will even come after us just for posting this) But this is congress ruled state, they are allowed to break rules, when police catch them - they can argue, they can threaten the police and still get away with it easily. Even if they are caught, appeasement govt and Judiciary will not punish them and their eco-system can get bail very easily. Welcome to the Congress’ appeasement govt.

The is exactly the problem with tech founders. Out of touch with reality, overinflated ego and solving anything but actual problems. Nigerian founders are the worst, giving our current stage of industrialization. If you complain that cost of food is too high, they will build app to order food. They will package and package until force themselves into govt where real problem solving skills are required, they would get exposed like your current Minister of Digital Economy.

"Indians harassed a Vietnamese tourist." 🚨 "They called him Chinese, Corona-Virus.." 🤡 A Vietnamese tourist came to India to see its culture, and an Indian man harassed him by calling him corona virus and Chinese. These same people cry about racism when they go abroad and face discrimination. I live in New Delhi, and I see that it is very common for Indians to abuse people from Northeast India by calling them chinki & Chinese slurs. Racism doesn't become acceptable just because it happens at home. Respect for others is the first step to get respected.
