Off-topic I know, but this is a beautiful little back yard! 🤩

This is actually really helpful thank you

XIgong is Chinese medicine that heals and keeps your chi energy circulating.

very good...finally, a post that makes sense that I can actually use for my own good. Thank you!

Some if these are part of Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga exercises which are done before & after meditation. There are many more Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga include which open the chakras & meridians for energy to flow smoothly.

I love watching the elderly ladies do this in the parks. They also seemed to have different sensory things to walk on barefoot.

they look very practical, thank you! @grok can you please explain the benefits of each exercise?

没听说。但知道云南还是广西很多所谓的长寿村,都是假的,政府让那些老人家谎报年龄,往老了说。因为那边人一生辛苦劳作,70岁左右看起来也很老。

I’ll watch anything with Desert Dwellers music❤️.

That woman is not Chinese.

Rag dolls and spinal twists - Don't do those if you have an herniated disc in your lower back.

Realmente, na China não tem só pessoas muito idosas, mas como também essas pessoas idosas estão muito bem de saúde!

If you would do analysis of these poses, you will find the equivalent in the Indian Yoga system. Yoga aasan are by far the best for human being. They are not just warm up exercises but also focus on different organs and body parts for longevity. Let me know if you need resources

It looks like...but this is NOT taichi...🤷♀️🤷♀️🤦♀️

Thank you!

Kad sam išla u OŠ, ovo su bile obavezne vežbe na početku časa fizičkog vaspitanja. Davno.

Ahhh, this is what Britney was up to in those videos.

Sure, but the only hack I'm looking for is how to live longer without spending $12 on a trendy drink. What's the catch?

Thank you🌞

These are part of yoga

❤️

@grok can you find me the other parts of this demo?

Chinese are famous for their healthy lifestyle. 1. Early morning runs 2. Regular workouts 3. Early sleep early meals 4. Hot water following meals or green tea 5. Minimal fizzy drink usage 6. Early morning tai chi sessions

i found psoas and backs of legs stretches are the most important. I neglected these moves all my life and got stiff, can't reach toes and psoas cramps 1. Stand. One leg behind, other leg forward, move down 2. Sit. Bend left knee. Place left knee behind, right leg straight forward 3. Sit. Reach for the toes both legs straight.

Thank you! Your video is easy to follow and works wonders

💙

@grok is the background music Indian 😄

By the way, morning matchs is from Japan

Thank you!!!

und abends bin ich dann damit fertig?

Good, will try it!

Buy a strong bungee rebounder instead of doing hops.

Me gustó

Are these safe to do if you've had a stroke and have permanent AFib?
