Chipotle has a huge locker room issue on their hands

But I have to push back… it’s 100% affecting the food quality. 3/4 locations near me are complete no-go’s for me due to various offenses such as: - Being OUT OF CHIPS on a regular basis (how tf can this happen) - Refused double meat because they were running low on steak - Fountain sodas inoperable. No bottle opener for Mexican Coke’s - Bathrooms destroyed. Normally wouldn’t phase me as I don’t crap in public, but smell was seeping into restaurant - Long wait times, worst clocked at 57 minute line to food in hand - Found a piece of shrimp or unidentified mystery meat in a quesadilla

Pre-covid and post-covid Chipotle are literally two different places. But sadly that's not limited to Chipotle.

This!!! I literally saw two of them bitching at each other like a few weeks ago. One of them said to the other “I outta punch you in the fucking face” I almost wanted to say something but I didn’t get charged for my double steak so I let it slide!

I have to go out of my way to pick up at a further location if I want Chipotle to avoid the specific store that put this pathetic effort forward.

It’s not a Chipotle issue. It’s people not making enough to survive so they’re miserable.

I just stopped going completely after too many terrible experiences. Going to a Chipotle is like going to the DMV now, but more traumatic. Just chaos everywhere you look, and terrible quality. Truly a shameful fall from grace @ChipotleTweets

Asked for a quesadilla at Chipotle last week. Worker asked if I wanted the kids one. Told her I didn't know there was a kids one and asked what the difference was. She looked me dead in the eye and said 'one's a kids one and the other's a regular one.' Fair enough, I guess.

100%. I hesitate to say this, but it’s true. Mexicans used to work there and take pride in an authentic Mexican restaurant. Now there is no pride. They got too big and too corporate and forget about the special sauce. Too much variation on the menu as well.
