Staff took it back, then said they'd remake it and handed her new food. Later, someone from the store allegedly called to say an employee had spit in it and pulled it from the trash” There was actually 3 employees involved in the scandal and I’ll include their photos at the end end of the video According to the incident report, a woman stated that she had ordered food in the Wendy's drive-thru. After receiving her food, she informed employees that there was something wrong with the order But they didn’t remake the order. They just took her old food, threw it in the trash can, took it out and spit on it The employees were 33-year-old Crystal Shadela Holley, 19-year-old Trinity Lashell Rice, and 23-year-old Aaliyah Shuntai Sanders. IS THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT? How much should a food service worker actually have to put up with? Would you consider this a case of fatigue? Here we have a customer flying off the hinges with anger. Demanding respect while dishing out orders & NEEDING doughnuts. The customer goes on to say she will commit violence against the worker and go to jail if the situation warrants. The worker apologizes to no avail.

Chipotle worker Roberto Hernandez says he was working when the woman claimed her UberEats order was wrong. The woman demanded a refund before she was told that the refunds were only issued by Uber. She then walked behind the counter and made her meal with double meat. Hernandez said he later reviewed the Uber receipt and found that she never ordered double meat in the first place. The woman is still threatening the workers online, according to Hernandez. "Yesterday, she was saying 'I’m going to come back... and take their life. I was scared. She was scaring my co-workers too," Hernandez said. Chipotle says they are planning on filing a police report.
