Choose To Be Happy.

The world will throw everything at you to bury the happiness. But you have a choice to let it affect you or not. Simply accept any situation life throws at you. And be grateful for what you have. And contribute to others. That is happiness simplified.

I wonder how many people can "just" make this choice?

Not easy. You'll constantly get hit by situations that'll want to bury that happiness... That's the period you'll have to choose whether to get sad or focus on the positive side and keep being happy.

Happiness is a decision backed by reps: sleep on time, get sunlight, lift something, make something, help someone, log off early. Choose it, then behave it.

It's an internal battle to be happy. A lot of comes down to living a life that aligns with the lifestyle you want to live and the impact you provide.

What makes me happy... is when there is ZERO music when people are speaking in video clips.

That is iconic. I've never thought about it that way, but it actually makes a lot of sense.
