That convinced me last night, too. I watched that at 2:00am and texted my son about it. I was on the fence, feeling sorry for Billy, but Doering made an impression on my opinion!

He’s been on my page all along. Got his hopes up, gave him a chance, but it’s time to move on. It’s ok - Billy left the roster in better shape than he found it despite the on field play.

How can you sell confidence and believe players when you as a coach are constantly making mistakes and letting them down. In 2 and half years Napier has never step into the podium and say my bad or I did a poor job. Just generalities and no accountability
