.Secretary Chris Wright: "Biden did everything he could to push electricity prices up, closing 30, 40 gigawatts of coal power. President Trump, on the other hand, kept 17 gigawatts of coal power plants open last year that would've been closed under the Democrats."

If we want to keep the lights on and prevent blackouts from happening, then we need to keep our coal plants running. Affordable, reliable and secure energy sources are common sense.

.Secretary Chris Wright: "The economics of a new [coal] plant don't compete with a new natural gas plant, so I don't think you're going to see a wave of new plants built — but you're going to see a cessation of all the closing of all our existing coal plants. That's just driving electricity price up and making our grid less stable."

"Just think: If Kamala Harris had become president due to fraud one year ago—and fraud persisted—how much hell would we be dealing with in the United States and the world today? I'm glad it was too big to rig."

.President Donald J. Trump: We're building the biggest chips plants in the world right now. Medicine is coming back; they're building massive pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. If they don't come back, they have to pay big tariffs — so they're building here. What's happening now is a miracle.

.President Donald J. Trump: "The attack that we did known as Midnight Hammer, had we not done that, Iran would've had a very powerful nuclear weapon within one month...Barack Hussein Obama made maybe the worst deal that I've ever seen because he gave all power in the Middle East to Iran... If I didn't terminate that deal, they would be sitting with a massive nuclear weapon 3 years ago."

Kevin Hassett: "President Trump, in the Big Beautiful Bill, attempted to convince Congress to modernize the gas tax, and account for the fact that, for example, electric vehicles don't pay it, but they actually produce more wear and tear on the highways because they're heavier... that could allow for the gas tax to go down, if you were to equalize that... I think the President was right to advocate that then, and if we had done that then, we'd be in much better shape right now."
