Christian Bale isn’t in the same class as Leonardo DiCaprio anymore & I say that as a Bale fanatic. Bale just hasn’t given us a film like The Big Short or really anything memorable this decade. Meanwhile, Leo’s giving us the best work of his career. At least for now, it’s Leo.

Moments between Bale & Caine throughout this franchise are unforgettable. I’m so ready for new Nolan.

To increase his weight, He was lifting really heavy weights and just stuffing so much into his mouth. His body was under so much pressure that he could feel it. To fill out his Batman suit, Bale stuffed himself with food and when he was not eating, he was in the gym. His doctor said to him, 'You are going nuts. You have to slow down'."
