Companies that take heavy losses as they grown often utilize depreciation and amortization to reduce future liability. However, if you were to add the payroll taxes and income taxes paid by all employees at Tesla and SpaceX, it is several billion annually.

Listen, i am a Christian, and not afraid of truth. Truth is Elon is not spacex and tesla. They are companies he is a human. As an American citizen he paid the largest tax bill in history. The taxes paid by a company(Tesla) in which he owns less than 20%, is a different discussion.
