Tel Aviv mood: These people on the beach and at the bar all know some of them could be in uniform and in battle tomorrow and that they and their loved ones are at risk of missile attacks from maniacs 1,000 miles away. They are bracing for a potentially difficult week ahead. So they try to share only good vibes. They remind each other not to be negative, not to gossip. They greet each other with extra warmth. It's very touching. Jews from all over have flown in, one told me, "I felt I should be here, now more than ever." People are on edge but resolute that things will work out for the best. “That was fun, but not as fun as tackling people.” Preston Lobliner had these words of wisdom after his first day of kicking camp with James Wilhoit. Without any training, he was the only kid in his league last year who could kick extra points, and that was HUGE since they are worth 2 points since nobody does it. With Middle School Football upon us, we are excited to see him contribute to his team as an accurate and powerful kicker and an all out DAWG on offense and defense. This was 30 yards, and after this camp and learning how to actually kick, I expect to hit 40+ by the time the season hits. Also the best news ever for us, he is starting back in wrestling next week daily after injuring his elbow at practice the day after winning state so we will start working on that 3rd state championship! SUPER PROUD of this kid!

🙏😢My friends, it brings me sadness to share the same updates from 🇵🇸💔#Gaza with you every day, but the situation only continues to get worse every day. The bombing is constant, it goes on day and night, and we are so very tired and hopeless. We are not just physically tired, it is like our souls are tired, and every day we spend every moment waiting and wondering if this day will be our last. It’s a feeling very hard to describe. The only respite we get from these suffocating emotions is when we are able to give the gift of helping others. We fired up the oven again, and today, we served a variation of breads to the hungry families we delivered them to. We made flatbreads, bread with oil and thyme, and also bread with red peppers. The joy of helping others is indescribable at this time, my friends. It is like a jolt of hope that lightens our hearts. The animals and the people living in tents are going through the worst, my dear friends, and I want to help them as much as I can. If just getting bread is humiliating, then it is an honor to die of hunger.. Those who revolt because of hunger will inevitably remain silent if you throw a piece of bread at them, but those who revolt for dignity will not remain silent until they have dignity... We are people seeking peace, and in return they are fighting us by starving an entire people. Isn’t this collective punishment? My dear friends and loved ones.. Famine is still killing Gaza day after day, and prices are becoming more insane day after day, so people are inventing a new way of living every day.. In the video below, people ground lentils and made flour from them because lentils are available in abundance.. In the other video, people use pasta with flour to make the flour last as long as possible.. The third video is exactly what happens to me.. Where we have old, spoiled flour whose expiration date has passed, we purify the insects from the flour.. It is better to do this than not eat... Last year, we made flour from barley, corn, and fodder that was used to feed birds and animals. This time, the alternatives are different.. The problem is that all of these are last-ditch attempts to survive. We are using alternatives now and using corrupt supplies. This will not last long... O coming days passe over us by in peace. Our hearts are tired and the war has exhausted us.. What I feel is.. An unknown future, severe depression, a sad reality, loss of passion and excessive thinking.. Believe me, my friends, when I go to the gym, my goal is not to get muscles or a fit body... I go there to fight depression... My friends and loved ones.. The aerial bombardment still does not stop day and night.. and there is still a ground invasion in the Shuja’iya neighborhood.. Al-Shujaiya neighborhood is 2 km or 1.5 miles away from me.. Every night they advance a little and then retreat a little.. The army is making statements that they will expand the military operation very soon. This means that my region is next😔😔 I am still here for my cats, providing them with care and I will never let them down. Although food is scarce, it does not matter. Every time we install a feeder, we hope it becomes a lifeline for hungry community dogs. We refill them regularly so no innocent soul has to sleep hungry. But the most heartbreaking part? 💔 People steal these feeders. They break them. They fill them with garbage. They destroy food bowls and water pots meant only for voiceless animals. More than 90% of the feeders we've installed have been stolen or vandalised. It's difficult to understand how compassion can be met with such cruelty. These feeders don't feed us they feed hungry souls who have no one else. When someone steals or destroys one, they aren't hurting an organisation. They're taking away a meal from an animal that may already be fighting to survive. We will keep rebuilding. We will keep feeding. But we sincerely hope that one day kindness becomes stronger than hate. Please choose compassion. These voiceless souls deserve so much better. ❤️🙏 #BeKind #FeedStrays

We made full detail, life-sized statues of some of our hero characters for the marketing of #Transformers ROTB. To create these, we sent 16K turntable renders of the chosen characters in a studio environment to the manufacturer along with the 3D models so that they could replicate them as closely as possible. I worked on the Optimus Primal 3D delivery and can confidently say that those last few days of preparing the character for renders and send-off were some of the most stressful of the entire production. I remember working until 4am on the Friday delivery day to get the character sent down the pipe, ultimately having to skip the MPC Summer Party which was held on the same day. Shout out to everyone involved in the creation of these statues, they turned out amazing!

That "last day" is described in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 "For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, We who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord shall by no means precede those who are asleep, for the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a signal, with the shouting of the archangel, and with the sound of the trump of God; and they that are dead in Christ shall rise first; then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds in the twinkling of an eye to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
