“That was fun, but not as fun as tackling people.” Preston Lobliner had these words of wisdom after his first day of kicking camp with James Wilhoit. Without any training, he was the only kid in his league last year who could kick extra points, and that was HUGE since they are worth 2 points since nobody does it. With Middle School Football upon us, we are excited to see him contribute to his team as an accurate and powerful kicker and an all out DAWG on offense and defense. This was 30 yards, and after this camp and learning how to actually kick, I expect to hit 40+ by the time the season hits. Also the best news ever for us, he is starting back in wrestling next week daily after injuring his elbow at practice the day after winning state so we will start working on that 3rd state championship! SUPER PROUD of this kid!

They are bracing for a potentially difficult week ahead. So they try to share only good vibes. They remind each other not to be negative, not to gossip. They greet each other with extra warmth. It's very touching. Jews from all over have flown in, one told me, "I felt I should be here, now more than ever." People are on edge but resolute that things will work out for the best. Strait of Hormuz over the last 24 hours. US successfully escorted one group of tankers in through the Oman lane. All of them had their AIS off, but there was one Indian cargo ship that had it on when it went through. The list can be seen below. Following two days of US strikes, the US is back to escorting ships in. My guess is that it will try to escort a group out tonight, and Iran can either respond and create more escalation going into the weekend or it can lose leverage. The Oman lane will be heavily contested in the coming days, which leaves either side with no choice but to escalate. I have included the video from MarineTraffic.

Bailey and Carl are both at the vets. Carl is at the local vet with parvo, but we caught the symptoms very early and had him placed on IV immediately. He's eaten by himself for the first time today, so we're hoping he's turned a corner 🤞🏻 The vet said he should stay there until Tuesday to make sure he's on the mend 🙏🏻 Bailey had to be taken to the South with suspected distemper and quarantined 😞 He was also placed on IV straight away and seems to be doing OK, but he needs a few more days monitoring before they can give a verdict. We're being updated daily on his progress. We're hoping for the best 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 As you all know, vet stays and treatment is very expensive 😞 On top of our other commitments, for us, these bills can be crippling 😩 We had just booked to have 63 of our dogs updated with their annual vaccinations against rabies, so you imagine what a big hit it is to have extra vet bills looming over us 😬😭 You can help by donating any amount to: Or via bank transfer (details on our website) We appreciate every penny! 🙏🏻 Thank you for your support 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🐾🐶❤

One more World Cup thank you I forgot to give was to Polymarket US for starting to roll out rewards to high volume users, the France v Morocco QF match pitchside at Gillette was an amazing experience I’ll never forget I’ve had my complaints with their app, but their liquidity incentive program for the World Cup was awesome for MM’ing. Competition is good for us traders and the industry, so I’m glad to see them working to catch up to Kalshi (yes, they’re still firmly behind Kalshi for at least as long as the UI is what it is and outages occur during UFC fight nights). Will be interesting to see where things stand heading into the fall sports season Experiencing & trading on the World Cup on US soil over the last month was so much fun, nothing will match the unique and awesome experiences + edges of the last month. Looking forward to some vacation and extra golf time ahead of the return of NFL 🏌️‍♂️😎

If just getting bread is humiliating, then it is an honor to die of hunger.. Those who revolt because of hunger will inevitably remain silent if you throw a piece of bread at them, but those who revolt for dignity will not remain silent until they have dignity... We are people seeking peace, and in return they are fighting us by starving an entire people. Isn’t this collective punishment? My dear friends and loved ones.. Famine is still killing Gaza day after day, and prices are becoming more insane day after day, so people are inventing a new way of living every day.. In the video below, people ground lentils and made flour from them because lentils are available in abundance.. In the other video, people use pasta with flour to make the flour last as long as possible.. The third video is exactly what happens to me.. Where we have old, spoiled flour whose expiration date has passed, we purify the insects from the flour.. It is better to do this than not eat... Last year, we made flour from barley, corn, and fodder that was used to feed birds and animals. This time, the alternatives are different.. The problem is that all of these are last-ditch attempts to survive. We are using alternatives now and using corrupt supplies. This will not last long... O coming days passe over us by in peace. Our hearts are tired and the war has exhausted us.. What I feel is.. An unknown future, severe depression, a sad reality, loss of passion and excessive thinking.. Believe me, my friends, when I go to the gym, my goal is not to get muscles or a fit body... I go there to fight depression... My friends and loved ones.. The aerial bombardment still does not stop day and night.. and there is still a ground invasion in the Shuja’iya neighborhood.. Al-Shujaiya neighborhood is 2 km or 1.5 miles away from me.. Every night they advance a little and then retreat a little.. The army is making statements that they will expand the military operation very soon. This means that my region is next😔😔 I am still here for my cats, providing them with care and I will never let them down. Although food is scarce, it does not matter. I will not hesitate to search more and more every day for food for them. These are souls, and they are like my children, Ayman and Julia... My friends and loved ones, I must be prepared for any upcoming invasion of my region. If bad guys invade my area, I won't be able to search like I do now.. We made full detail, life-sized statues of some of our hero characters for the marketing of #Transformers ROTB. To create these, we sent 16K turntable renders of the chosen characters in a studio environment to the manufacturer along with the 3D models so that they could replicate them as closely as possible. I worked on the Optimus Primal 3D delivery and can confidently say that those last few days of preparing the character for renders and send-off were some of the most stressful of the entire production. I remember working until 4am on the Friday delivery day to get the character sent down the pipe, ultimately having to skip the MPC Summer Party which was held on the same day. Shout out to everyone involved in the creation of these statues, they turned out amazing!

Something doesn't seem right with Arsenal's strikers at the moment. Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyökeres have been starting games together, but neither has really found the consistency or sharpness we're expecting from them. Tonight, Mikel Arteta decided to leave both on the bench and started Gabriel Jesus instead. Unfortunately, Jesus also failed to take his chance, missing a good opportunity before being substituted. Gyökeres was then brought on, but it was more of the same. He made some good runs and looked threatening at times, but couldn't find the back of the net before Arteta eventually replaced him with Havertz. Havertz also made some intelligent runs into the box but couldn't finish his chances. That leaves Arteta with a real headache ahead of Man City on Sunday. 😬 All three strikers are struggling for goals at the moment, and that's the last thing Arsenal need when we're about to face one of the biggest games of the season. Nowadays, every girl seems to be carrying these mug-like bottles with a straw. Wherever you look, you see the same thing in almost every girl’s hand, whether she is walking on the road, going to the gym, going to the office, or shopping. They always have this mug-like bottle in one hand. A normal person drinks water only once or twice in an hour, so what is the need to keep holding a bottle all the time? It would be much easier for girls to keep a regular water bottle in their bag. Their hands wouldn’t hurt from carrying such a bottle around all day. Sometimes even such useless things become a trend and fashion.

🙏😢My friends, it brings me sadness to share the same updates from 🇵🇸💔#Gaza with you every day, but the situation only continues to get worse every day. The bombing is constant, it goes on day and night, and we are so very tired and hopeless. We are not just physically tired, it is like our souls are tired, and every day we spend every moment waiting and wondering if this day will be our last. It’s a feeling very hard to describe. The only respite we get from these suffocating emotions is when we are able to give the gift of helping others. We fired up the oven again, and today, we served a variation of breads to the hungry families we delivered them to. We made flatbreads, bread with oil and thyme, and also bread with red peppers. The joy of helping others is indescribable at this time, my friends. It is like a jolt of hope that lightens our hearts. The animals and the people living in tents are going through the worst, my dear friends, and I want to help them as much as I can. Lady Gaga says you have committed violence by objecting to her celebration of Dylan Mulvaney on International Women’s Day. “It's appalling to me that a post about National Women's Day by Dylan Mulvaney and me would be met with such vitriol and hatred. When I see a newspaper reporting on hatred but calling it ‘backlash’ I feel it is important to clarify that hatred is hatred, and this kind of hatred is violence. “Backlash would imply that people who love or respect Dylan and me didn't like something we did. This is not backlash. This is hatred. “But it is not surprising given the immense work that it's obvious we still have to do as a society to make room for transgender lives to be cherished and upheld by all of us. “I feel very protective in this moment, not only of Dylan, but of the trans community who continues to lead the way with their endless grace and inspiration in the face of constant degradation, intolerance, and physical, verbal, and mental violence. I certainly do not speak for this community, but I have something to say. I hope all women will come together to honor us ALL for International Women's Day, and may we do that always until THE DAY that all women are celebrated equally. Lady Gaga says you have committed violence by objecting to her celebration of Dylan Mulvaney on International Women’s Day. “It's appalling to me that a post about National Women's Day by Dylan Mulvaney and me would be met with such vitriol and hatred. When I see a newspaper reporting on hatred but calling it ‘backlash’ I feel it is important to clarify that hatred is hatred, and this kind of hatred is violence. “Backlash would imply that people who love or respect Dylan and me didn't like something we did. This is not backlash. This is hatred. “But it is not surprising given the immense work that it's obvious we still have to do as a society to make room for transgender lives to be cherished and upheld by all of us. “I feel very protective in this moment, not only of Dylan, but of the trans community who continues to lead the way with their endless grace and inspiration in the face of constant degradation, intolerance, and physical, verbal, and mental violence. I certainly do not speak for this community, but I have something to say. I hope all women will come together to honor us ALL for International Women's Day, and may we do that always until THE DAY that all women are celebrated equally. That all people are celebrated equally. A day where people of all gender identities are celebrated on whichever holiday speaks to them.
