I watched this a while ago...and I still don't understand how he conceived this idea. The thought of executing this idea itself is exhausting for me... Nolan is a different breed.

Christopher Nolan: I think if you want something to have a bit of bite, you’ve got the imagery to a better threat, even if it’s a miniature, even if it’s something very fake, but something real on camera. Christopher Nolan: I think it gives you a better result. Robert Downey Jr.: Why does Christopher Nolan shoot on film? Christopher Nolan: I shoot on film because it’s the highest quality imaging format ever devised, particularly IMAX film, large-format film. Christopher Nolan: Film shows you the world kind of the way your eye sees it. Robert Downey Jr.: Where does Christopher Nolan get his ideas? Christopher Nolan: All over the place. Different on every film.
