Yep. The FBI left it vulnerable, and Epstein's lawyer claimed he took it. And he did have some if it. Who can say what was done with it when he had it. The treatment of that evidence, leaving it unprotected, is unfathomable unless a moron was running the show, or someone who was cooperating with people who wanted that evidence tampered with.

I would pose that "in a case this big" evidence is more likely to get "lost." Never an FBI agent, but a Dean of Students in the New York City public high schools for several years, we had rules of evidence, chain-of-custody, because if serious enough, we would have to present cases to a hearing officer pending suspension or expulsion of a student. I also served with Military Police Enemy Prisoner of War US Army units for nine years, and know the procedures of evidence and personal property. Very similar. You don't "lose" anything, ever. It gets mishandled (rarely) or it gets stolen (sometimes). So, WHO STOLE THE JEFFREY EPSTEIN EVIDENCE?
