He faces charges of attempted criminal homicide, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Eatherly has not entered a plea, although a not-guilty plea is expected. The shooting left both Eatherly and the other man wounded. Eatherly’s bond hearing will be next Thursday.
