Again, a country like the United States where it has mature and sophisticated humane and animal rights organizations and the laws and the enforcement mechanisms to carry out penalties against groups and individuals who violate these laws, these things should never ever be happening and there must be extreme protections afforded to animals within the borders of the United States and all US territories.

They use toy guns to speak in favor of jihad, and who knows, they might later act out carrying real guns to perform jihad.
