A Georgia election official also testified that QR codes located on ballots were used to tabulate votes through the machines instead of the markings made by voters on the actual ballots themselves. This proves that there is no way to actually confirm that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because the QR code can not be read or verified by election officials to determine what the QR code is actually telling the voting machines to tabulate for since it is not reading the actual filled in selections by the voter. This was allegedly performed after the legally required Logic and Accuracy test where 260 of 446 tabulators failed the test. 59% failed, but still used in the election. The tamper-proof seals were also broken on the machines and the memory cards were replaced, which was caught on video. I've been contacted by numerous county and election workers in voting precincts around the country and there are unknown Wi-Fi signals in many of our voting locations. There are also hidden Wi-Fi networks that won't show up when you scan for a Wi-Fi signal.
