Cities that are designed to be walkable, people centric, transit oriented and safe; automatically become major tourist hub. No tourist wants to see cars, traffic, vehicle pollution, highways, badly designed flyover and bridges.

Tbh locals want to see this too. I remember till 2022 when my city was less crowded and with lesser developed "infrastructure" aka flyover. It was beautiful. The roads. The temples everything was slow and I liked it that way.

And despite cars, traffic, vehicular pollution, NYC is ranked as the #1 destination in the U.S. for 2026 by TripAdvisor. 🤷🏼‍♂️
