City Hall spent 16 years studying subway safety. Their big solution? A partial fence you can walk right through. Toronto deserves better. It deserves real platform edge doors. Sign if you’re ready for change at City Hall:

Brad, you were on the TTC Board for two terms in the previous council. December 12, 2018 to December 31, 2020 December 31, 2020 to November 14, 2022 Can you report on what happened during the debates on platform screen doors and how you voted?

You've been at City Hall for 8 years and haven't built a single platform edge door btw

Hi Brad, you talked about platform doors the last time you ran for mayor back in 2023. In the last three years, how have you worked closely with your colleagues at City Hall to get this done?

Chow and the city announced months ago plans to install platform barriers! It was agreed upon in council, you skipped that day! You also skipped more meetings than almost ALL other councillors. This is not going well for you, Brad!

Did you remember that people cared about this issue when it was time for an election again?

@integrity_to Councillor Bradford, what have you done about TTC safety while on council?

He’s basically right about the larger problem. The TTC has known for years that platform edge doors offer better protection, yet we’re still getting studies, pilots and temporary fixes. The bigger question is what all of that delay has cost. Not just the price of the studies and bureaucracy, but repeated planning, consultants, temporary measures, service disruptions, inflation and the cost of solving the same problem over and over again. At some point, the bureaucracy itself becomes part of the problem.

we dont have the trains for that. how about just arresting all the crackheads and crazies that disturb the peace? lets start there.

I guess you've been at city hall for eight of those years and still haven't gotten anything done.

The TTC is calling for $20+ Billion in state of good repair to keep the system functional, yet you’d rather spend the money on shiny doors?

We know your voting record at city hall, don't pretend you care about this stuff when you don't

Of those 16 years you were part of city council for 7+. Your not change.

Is this your final stance on this?

Hey Brad weren't you on city council during these years and help vote for these "issues" smh don't trust you as a councillor wouldn't trust you with my coffee order let alone be the Mayor of my city

Bradley, your idea is going to cost money and drive up fares. You really have no clue what you are talking about.

fun fact: you're city hall

Go Brad go!

Dude you gotta stop making these impromptu videos, they’re awful

Voting for you sir. And don't forget, it's Yonge Dundas Square.

Blah, blah, blah from do nothing BradFord.

@kinsellawarren Bahahah u are an idiot

The same city hall you work at?

Didnt you spend 4 years on a TTC Board?

Brad you’ve done nothing but complain

damn do you know anyone on city council you could talk to about this?

You’ve been in city hall for too long to be this cunty about everything fuck off brad

“Their?” My guy, YOU ARE ON CITY COUNCIL!

More wasted money to protect the stupid and the suicidal who will just find another way to kill themselves. You leftists never tire of wasting tax dollars.

Give us a plan! These metal fences shouldn't cost as much as they do. Propose a process that gets us real value like other cities do for proper platform edge doors and not these ridiculous quotes we've been hearing about.

@kinsellawarren What have you been doing at City Hall for the last 8 years? Toronto deserves better than Brad( I will say anything and vote any way for support) Bradford. I leave in his ward - he has done nothing but step on his ward in the hope of becoming mayor. Main Community Centre?

Weren't you a TTC board member?

If only you could've done something about that on the TTC Board

This is the work of the ProgressTO Mafia and your colleague Jamaal Myers

You’re just so, so bad at this politics game. We aren’t naive enough to buy into your tired schtick.

That's probably all the budget could afford but seems less than useful.
