It’s time Central Govt needs to explore the possibilities of setting up a separate Infrastructure Maintenance Ministry so as to ensure a measure of accountability & protection of national assets.

The Government just should not build infrastructure but also have mechanism to prevent any kind of vandalism and destruction to the facilities provided. Knowing how Indian mentality is, how come they don't have any solution to this obvious absence of civic sense of our people.
