Need strong implementation of civic sense in primary schools across the country. A whole generation has to undergo change in this regard. China has successfully proven this.

Civic senses and all will come after education and economic sense, No country jumped straight into civic maturity without first achieving economic + educational foundations.

I see a father driving a Scooty to drop his two children . None of them wear helmets . What father is teaching the kids that not wearing helmet while driving is normal . If you want to change the society it should start from home .

IMVHO this It's not a lack of empathy, it's the caste system. 90% of us are bred to believe that someone else is there clean up after us. In the cold light of day. Someone cleans up after us. Dry waste. Wet waste. Our own waste. The filth is in our heads.
