how can anyone accusing someone of an alleged crime, or arresting/prosecuting/pronouncing judgement someone, not hurt the person's feelings? is hurt feelings now the ultimate defense?

In the current version this may constitute a red line for supporters of the free CAPITALIST order I don't think any capitalist wouldn't be outraged by that. BUT WHO IS DRIVING IT THEN? (version: if someone was 'offended' or behaviour was 'reckless'. But what if it was true?)
