She doesn’t want the child back she wants MONEY like she stated “ he makes more money than me “ yeah I hate when woman they go by their away just to get child support for herself. It’s fuck up the entire child support system is a punishment for the man. Why can child support be like the welfare can only be spend on items or materials for the child needs ? This is a tv show and it's probably all staged...I hope. It's cute that she got her just desserts, but making a child support decision in less than 2 minutes is one thing that's completely wrong with the system. Idiocy. I can't even begin to list out everything that actually needs to be considered to figure out if the child support order is just and reasonable. You don't just take a gross income number, put it in a formula, crank out an answer, and then pretend you are engaging in "justice". I know many judges do - every time they do, it's a high likelihood they're committing fraud...because you have to test if the amount is fair and reasonable, and much more. And that requires far more than 2 minutes. These TV show people probably waived their rights to competent thought.

Men should win 80% of court cases like this. Children raised by single mothers are at the bottom of all bad categories: criminality, incarceration rate, dropping out of school, poverty, drugs, etc.

Cuts both ways. Judge is correct that the Mum should contribute to the upkeep of her son. Can’t help but think that she never put that child first (unlike the Dad) and is now wanting the boy back purely to get paid. Be off with her!!!
