Claude Code 2.0.72 から Chromeが操作できるようになりました。 /chrome コマンドでStatusとExtensionが有効になっていることを確認した上で、ブラウザ操作をお願いすると、MCPツール(mcp__claude-in-chrome__) を使用してブラウザを操作してくれます。 claude --chrome でも有効にできます。

Claude Code でのChrome 操作は、Chrome DevTools MCPと同じようにMCPサーバーを使用しています。そのためChrome DevTools と同じような利用ができます。一方でコンテキスト削減などの効果は期待できません。

Claude in Chrome (Beta) をデフォルト有効にするかは以下の2つの設定方法があります: ・/chrome コマンドから"Enable by default"を設定 ・/config コマンドで"Claude in Chrome enabled by default"を設定 起動時オプションは以下の2つが追加されました: claude --chrome claude --no-chrome

It's included by default. You can change enable/disable with /chrome or /config commands

This is useful, I can fix the chat session issue, where the chat session disappears, between switching browser tabs. I can probably start claude in the Obesdian note app to store valid information that can later be easily readable and look up. Imagine being able to instruct it to create user guides on websites or slowly create a skill related to a specific game after teaching it one step at a time. Probably even use it for content publishing on X without the whole 17 posts per 24 hours via API
