Claude Code beats Cursor, and it's not even close! If you aren't using Claude Code yet, stop whatever you are doing. If you're already using it, I'm about to show you a trick that will make your experience a lot better.

Sharing code sessions is a problem today. When I use Claude Code on my laptop and I get home, I'd love to continue the same session on my desktop computer. Or imagine a designer using Claude Code to prototype the frontend of a website, and then handing the session over to a developer to write the code. You can't do that easily with Claude Code today, but the folks at @depotdev built an integration that lets you share your sessions. I show it in the video, but you can now create new sessions, resume and continue them, and share them with anyone in the world. Pretty awesome! Here is an excellent article that will show you how to use Claude Code sessions and how the Depot team is using Claude Code to automate their GitHub Actions Runner updates: Claude Code Sessions is one of those features that should come out of the box. Thanks to the team for the effort in building this integration and collaborating with me on this post.

Are you the same guy, who said IDEs are better than CLI day before and started debate? Now saying CLI beats IDE not closer? What changed suddenly?

No. That’s what you interpreted from my posts, but you have poor comprehension skills, so let me help you out: Nowhere in this post I said that Claude Code is better because is a terminal app. Claude Code is a better agentic coding system, despite having a CLI. It would be better if it was a fully fledged IDE. You are welcome.

It looks great! I am using tmux to like using distributed detached sessions in the server, so this is close to what I want. My question is, let's say a task is running and I exit; will it be running in the background or the task will be stopped working?

What really stood out to me isn’t just the solid code quality (though that’s there), it’s how Claude Code explains why it made certain choices. That turns coding into a learning experience. For me, learning while building feels way more valuable than just getting code that runs.

please everyone please stop whatever you are doing please.. this guy is about to show you something more important than even breathing … please guys stop .. 😂

@agentsentia Do you think Claude Code genuinely outperforms Cursor, or is this more personal preference?

@tweem 2x retweets

so basically you are trying to sell Depot 😂

Copilot Spaces

both support the same anthropic models, do you think cursor nerfs/sub-optimally uses them?

TL;DW but I just use tmux. Start a session on my computer. Attach to the session on my iPad. Attach on my phone. Same session same CLI.

Do you know why? Cursor limits the amount of input tokens to the absolute minimum (they have to otherwise they’d burn through cash and go bust quicker than they can raise). Claude Code only uses Claude, so Anthropic can do more input tokens for the same buck. It understands queries better because of that.

Why are you shouting bro

But price is just insane there is no comparison in price!

Sounds like Claude Code is a game changer. I'm all ears for that trick to enhance our strategic building process. 😊

So, @Santiago, what’s the real deal with switching from Claude Code to Yami? Genuine curiosity here—drop your thoughts!

Alright, you’ve got my attention. 😅😂

Amazing! Thanks for sharing, Santiago. I’d like to understand better what exactly a session means in Claude Code. For example, if I’m running Claude, then close my IDE, and then open/run Claude again on same computer, would that continue the same session or start a new one?

Claude Code was the foundation to my success in building Spin & Dine in 60 days (I rebuilt it multiple times and learned how to leverage AI properly along the way)— a casino-style wheel that picks a nearby restaurant in seconds.

This is great stuff for people working in team environment or in multiple machines. Will it impact the context limit as well, right? Because previous session's context will be used in current session.

This is the perfect pair to any agentic IDE

Biggest marketer. Cannot trust anyone only bro who has few followers

i get the hype around claude code, especially with that context handling. but what about real-world use cases? does it actually make you code faster, or is it just a cool feature?
Claude code is nice but the workflows aren’t great. Use codex web.

This is big. Efficiency matters more than novelty does Claude Code handle context and planning better than Cursor?

While this is great, it’s going to increase my context window significantly unless I keep very small sized (which is good practice anyways). Thank you for sharing demo

keeps track of sessions and works on mobile too
