Web scraping is a critical skill, and yet nobody talks about it. How do you think companies are training their Large Language Models? Where do you think the data comes from? I like to call this "web-scrapping on demand", and I'm pretty sure it's going to unlock unlimited power for AI applications. I recorded a quick video to show you how you can do this using Apify. I've talked about them before, and they are collaborating with me on this post. They have one of the best open-source web scraping and browser automation libraries out there: But it gets much better than this! You can use MCP to connect your AI Agents and applications to the Apify platform and use any specialized actor on demand to scrape and process online data. In the video, I used Cursor to scrape LinkedIn posts with the words "Machine Learning" in real time. Worked like a charm with no code needed! It can now login with your credentials, scrape data, monitors communities and generates leads.. all in the background while you sleep First how you can set it up, > Open Claude Desktop > Click the plus (+) icon in the chat bar and select Connectors (or "Manage Connectors") > Click Add Custom Connector and enter the following details - Name: Firecrawl - URL: dev/{FIRECRAWL_API_KEY}/v2/mcp - API Key: Paste your API key from the Firecrawl dashboard. > Click Add. then just enable and Authorize, > Once added, find "Firecrawl" in your connectors list and toggle it on. > Claude will ask for approval to use the connector; select Always Allow to let it run tasks without prompting you every time can start using it normally in chat now.. I'm still picking my jaw off the floor with this MCP update: Postman will now automatically build an MCP server for an API. Automatically! You select your API and the requests you want to include, and Potman will generate a Zip file with everything you need. In collaboration with Postman, I recorded a video showing how I generated an MCP server for the Google Maps API. It's glorious! Also, and before I forget: You can now test any MCP server with your Postman application. They built MCP right in, so now you can: • Connect to an MCP server • List out all of the available tools • Test any of the tools This is a 10x boost for the MCP ecosystem. My agent is now paying for its own data. No API key. No account. No credit card. Check the video I recorded. This uses the x402 open protocol built by Coinbase, along with a simple skill. This is an open protocol governed by the Linux Foundation. To complete a goal, an agent can now search for an actor on the Apify Store, pay for it, and use it without any human intervention. The way it works is pretty simple: 1. Your agent finds an Actor it wants to use 2. It sends a request 3. The Actor sends back an HTTP 402 "Payment Required" response 4. Agent authorizes payment from a wallet in USDC on Base 5. The Actor runs 6. User receives the result The model is pay-as-you-go: the agent authorizes a spending ceiling, pays only for usage, and the remaining balance is automatically settled. This brings an entire marketplace of AI tools into the agentic economy. Here is the skill you need. MCP now supports authentication using OAuth2. This is huge! I want to share a complete example (code) so you can learn how to use it. Here is the thing: You don't want to build agentic applications that access resources without proper guardrails. With authentication, you can: • Call third-party APIs on the user's behalf • Perform actions that should be traceable • Enforce different permissions for different roles Here is an MCP-based web shop demo, built with WorkOS AuthKit and Next.js. With this example, you can do the following: • Connect to an MCP server • Authenticate using AuthKit • Order a T-shirt using MCP tools • View order details if you are an admin This GitHub repository contains everything you need: The WorkOS team has one of the best authentication platforms in the world. Thanks to the connection with Google tools, I can access numerous functions such as gDrive, Calendar, and Mail, and, for example, get a summary of my emails and answers to further questions. The same goes for Calendar: I can now chat with the various Google tools using Genspark, get an overview, and access them. This significantly boosts productivity! I can get an overview by not only sorting my emails, but also discussing their content with AI and making entries directly in the calendar. An AI secretary became a reality.

Problem: After working for a few months in open source, I noticed that understanding issues is often very tough, and random OS files make it a nightmare for newbies. Solution: So here we go I created It explains any open-source repo file line by line with flowcharts, explains open-source issues, and provides a dedicated step-by-step solution plan. It also helps you write PR content in multiple languages. Built for the Apify × Lingo.dev Multilingual Actors Hackathon You can start using it by adding a Gemini or Groq API key. For more detailed explanations and better data fetching, you can add an Apify API key. For in-app translations, it uses Lingo. Even if you don’t believe in the app, you can check the repo code or fork it and deploy it yourself (SQL query provided) and use it unlimited times. Enjoy. Your Problem solved.
