Great tips Ray! How would say using the Claude code planning mode compares to using o3 pro for planning and then Claude code for execution? I’ve been experimenting with this but it takes a lot longer using something like repoprompt -> o3 pro for planning -> Claude code for implementing

For one, I find it to be a lot faster. The tools use that they have are really, really good. Sometimes I switch the model to Opus during this planning session and I find it nails it nearly every time. On par or just as good as o3 Pro. The only downside with o3 Pro is that it takes a long time and I would more reserve o3 Pro if I'm solving something that I have not been able to solve with Claude Code. Once Claude Code is done with its planning stages it moves forward into the stage where it starts to execute the plan and you could even tell it to do subtasks and it will do them in parallel which is actually super crazy and mind-blowing. This is just the tip of the iceberg and I'm still exploring but I started a session and I was able to go 6 hours non-stop and it's extremely addicting. I'm blown away with Claude Code because it's just one tool instead of many tools. That lowers my fatigue for shipping features and waiting. And Claude Code is already so good with the Sonnet models that this workflow just enhances everything tremendously.
