Ready for what?!? Why put OSB on concrete?!? Should just tile, or grind and paint. No reason to make a concrete staircase and then cover with wood.

Why use the cheap particle board? With all the Glue holding it together, you just increased the Fire Load of the building. Should have been Tile, less fire danger and more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.
