Add some himalayan pink salt to electrolyte the water. Distilled water has no electrolytes or very little. Also it purifies and absorbs all the dirt out from the water inside our body with the urine. It's good bit I wouldn't suggest this as everyday use. We need a reactive immune system. Drinking 100% clean water for long period can delude the bodies immunse response. Balance.
