That's ok for most electronics, but regular water (or salt water if you've got it) is best for Siemens gear.
But are the debris getting dislodged and now in a solution not have the possibility of making it conductive in areas? Or is this just rare enough that it isn’t worried about?
At an expo, I saw an entire computer functioning happily while two feet deep in a little aquarium of oil or some such.
I do not like this.

Very interesting! I have not seen this process used in electronics cabinets before. Seems like this cabinet had a lot of dust ingress that should have been filtered out

The cleaner might be non conductive, but the gunk washing off might be very conductive
