Surely all the other outraged media members will do similar updates once they catch up. Thank you

Again, why are you the ONLY one that fully gets it?

Thanks, Dan. Unfortunately you'll get plenty of backlash from MSU and OSU fans because they have nothing better to do in their life. They eat, sleep and breathe Michigan.

So we should use a secret clock no one can see??? LMFAO

Dan - this is the problem… it’s not the clock, both NBC and replay had a sync’d view of the stadium clock. What went wrong is NBC’s video of the play itself was NOT SYNC’d to the actual clock. Look at this video. This is literally what happened

This really has gotten stupid. Why do people not understand that the “secret clock” they talk about is the stadium clock.

Michigan bozos will do absolutely anything and everything to explain away their culture of cheating and disgusting behavior. It’s laughable.

To all the midwife still complaining, the f’ing stadium clock was correct and NBC’s clock as off. There is plenty of evidence out there. This is all just engagement farming now, and it’s shameful. Sports talking heads are the lowest people in society (next to OSU fans).

Thank you. It makes ZERO sense to use the network clock. That’s just a silly thought process.

Nothing is funnier than UM fans having to defend the timing of the clock for a Hail Mary to beat WMU.

Dan - in the replay feed the Big 10 produced, the refs actually say explicitly that the clock they show WAS the program feed game clock. This is what is supposed to be used per the NCAA's memo. So it seems there's actually no conflict at all. Even the right protocol was used.

Dan, one of your biggest fans but the NBC clock was not wrong. I know you need access to the Big 10 but you can disagree. The Big 10 broke NCAA rules 3 & 12 to come to their decision wrong or right. Oh & Sony owner of Hawk Eye says it’s inaccurate & unreliable for game timing.

Dan, the NBC replay WAS using the official clock, which is why the overlay looks different from the scorebug clock shown in the original live broadcast of the play. Steal defenders are using this red herring to gaslight people into thinking that NBC's "clock" was wrong. The replay did not use the NBC clock. Again, it used the official clock and the two videos were synced. NBC has decades of sports broadcasting experience and proven equipment. The Big 10 has a system only they use and is not used by any other conference. Seems like there is a reason why, after Saturday.

Get the play right is always the goal says the media pundits…unless it kills a good story…then getting it right is secondary.

Dan ( I know you won't respond) when is the last time the " Big 10 clock " was put in place to determine to out come of a game, surely this can't be the first time?

Serious question no one answers. It took about 25 seconds for the review to be done and ref announced one more second. Irrefutable evidence has to be there. Fast review. It took about 4 hours to release anything from conference. Why? If slam dunk evidence existed, why so long?

FINALLY...somebody willing to say what those of us in broadcast tv have understood from day 1. Love to have a deeper dive so that we can educate the viewers about why it was wrong/right clock vs. right/wrong protocol. Video compression, digitized clock bugs, 9/10th of seconds.

Dude the NBC clock is the stadium clock. You know, the clock that everyone in the stadium and everyone watching on television can see.
