Cliff calls out Knutsford Express for poor customer service. #NNN

This a pervasive behavior with the lack of cust.serv on the island. Not only Knts express. Banks, Gov offices, utility cos. All a dem. The poor consumer is battered from all ends. Govt. n private sector. No one cares!!!

Took JUTC to Mobay airport. This is one business that Govt runs better than pvt sector. SUPERIOR in every way. Everyone had suitcases, the demand exists. They just need a airport waiting area for return trips. I'd shed 0 tears if Knutsford closed. They dont respect customers

Knutsford is atrocious. Knutsford express courier service is a joke. I went there last Friday and spent 45 mins to send a package. Chaos.

@KnutsfordExpres needs to have a reservation agent working 24 hours or starting from 3am in the morning. It is difficult to believe they don't have a reservation person or virtual agent work before regular working hours.

As demand increases quality decreases.

I'm glad someone did, it's about time,and think the 1 in New kingston is the biggest problem, if you have work that day and go there to get through, just consider your day done it's like a government place, they have 6 computers, 4 and let 2 or 1 person work, to serve a whole set

And they need to sort the WiFi out on tbd buses. We pay for the service that was promised!!!

The last time I took them was 2024 January and it was horrible kmt. Used the courier service later in 2024 and it was horrible too. All around poor customer service 😔

This is surprising to hear, for I have personally never had anything but good service from the New Kingston Depot. Granted, I have never used their parcel courier service but the passenger service I can vouch for! They run a good shop at the depots and on the buses. Top notch!
