Here is Veronika's new @OurWorldInData article:

This is excellent and is a step towards the sort of nuance that is required to develop working solutions. A huge amount of the climate change effort has been misallocated because of grotesquely oversimplified and exaggerated communication.

Great but shocking information I screen printed the year I was born to compared it with today My Dear Lord Poor children of today and the ones to come!!!

@MarionKoopmans Looks like a fantastic tool to help people correctly estimate the impacts. Too many people either deny it's happening, or overstate how serious it is. Accurate understanding leads to the best policies.

Incredibly useful! Wonderful tool for students learning about climate change impacts in different parts of the world.

Dear Max, you're smart, but you don't understand much about climate. You're missing 99 percent. Come learn:

The same is true for CO2 emissions from foods (Poore & Nemecek database). Regions matter.

A link would be too difficult?

Where are the temperature measured at? In urban areas? In EU and NA, people are older and richer than before. The richer and older people are, the more they warm their house, which warms the area they live in. I'd be very curious to know if this is taken into account.
