Long term (centuries) fluctuations in earths climate are, and always have been, driven by 1) solar activity 2) changes in earths obit around the sun that fluctuate at almost unmeasonable amounts over 100s of years. What is the number one reason for short-term (decades) fluctuations in regional temperatures? Level of water vapor in the atmosphere, not CO2.
