UNION KENTUCKY — A man in the Triple Crown neighborhood opened fire on a landscaping crew. When officers arrived a shootout ensued. The suspect barricaded himself in a bathroom and stalled police for hours. Officers were able to subdue the suspect with tear gas and take him into custody. He was airlifted to the hospital with a life threatening gunshot wound to the chest. Still no word on whether the wound was self inflicted or not.
