The song in the video is: Holm (a dream) by Emel Mathlouthi and it's melody was taken from the original song which you mentioned above ( Sultan Qalbam ).

It's not an ancient song. This music was composed for 1968 film Soltane GhalbHa (King of the Hearts) by Anoushiravan Rohani and was sung by singer Aref. #NikaShakarami, a protesting girl who was killed by the Islamic Republic, performed this song in a friendly gathering..
