Then the Grinding Coffee promo used part of one of those songs and they had the same reaction: “Oh shit… this is real.” Mal says: “Y’all better not put that album out. That is some of the worst music that y’all could ever have in y’all catalog.” Rory says he also thought the project sounded AI-generated, including an alleged Weeknd feature. They still stress they don’t know if what leaked is the final version or an early draft.
