He knows what he is talking about because I lost my home to greedy family members because it wasn’t in a Trust. Please do not make a will because it doesn’t protect you. I actually went to a paid course and lecture about Trusts versus Wills. It was given by an attorney on how a basic Will doesn’t protect you but a Trust does. Unfortunately I learned this after I lost everything.

@SoulProvocateur The only problem I have with what you stated about the home is if someone has a mortgage on the property, you best check with the lien holder BEFORE you make changes to ownership of their collateral. Just a suggestion:)
