enable Reduce Interruptions focus to avoid getting notifications popping up whilst screen recording, or make your own focus that hides all notifs that you don't want (i have one called "Showing Pictures" that hides all except from my parents and emergencies)

oh well tell them to do that LOL and uhhhh i'd presume some have copied apple's focus modes, there's ways to do that i think
