Macros (daily) 180-190grams of protein 180-190grams of carbs Less than 60grams of fat Peptide stack: Retatrutide: 5mg weekly Tesamorelin: 2mg every morning (I used to take it every night but in the morning works best for me) MOTS-C: 9mg (split dose, 3mg mon wed fri) BPC-157: 1mg every night Still need to drop 20lbs. Can barely see my abs but my goal is mobility. I been in the gym for four months after being away from the weights / gym for four years. I train 4-5 days a week. I take no energy back home with me. I train until failure and I love negatives. I don’t feel an age over 30 since being on this peptide journey.
