NEW: Man shuts down the I-5 freeway in San Diego (one of the busiest interstates in the country), for 8 hours as he went back and forth on the railing, threatening to jump. The man was first reported on the overpass at 1130. He was there for the next 8 hours. Commuters say it took three hours just to go a few miles. The man was eventually talked off the ledge and taken into custody around 8pm. Insane.

NEW! URGENT REAL-TIME STOCK MARKET FORECAST You can't close your longs or sell your calls over the next couple days because every single day is going to gap up. By the time you can buy calls, the price is already too high to make any money. You got to buy the day before and hold through all the futures after hours volatility. In these three videos I explain why. Here's part one and two. Part 3 is in the next tweet.

You want to perform better in life? Three things: 7 hours and 20 minutes of sleep, 120g of protein a day, and no drinking three hours before bed. Do that for ten days and tell me you don’t feel like a million bucks.

1100°F 12 hours of racing. So let’s pull a set of screaming hot brakes off the car and swap in for new. Our mechanics are brave and tough as nails. Unreal. #Rolex24 #IMSA
